CITYPALACE - A delightfulblend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture, the City Palacesprawls over one-seventh of the area in the walled city. It houses the ChandraMahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum.

HAWAMAHAL - The ornamentalfacade of this "Palace of Winds" is a prominent landmark in Jaipur.Their five-storey structures of sandstone plastered pink encrusted with finetrelliswork and elaborate balconies. The palace has 953 niches and windows.Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a royal grandstand for the palacewomen.

JANTARMANTAR - Thisis the largest and the best preserved of the five observatories built by JaiSingh II in different parts of the country. This observatory consisting ofoutsized astronomical instruments is still in use. After sight seen back to hotel diner at hotelnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 11AGRA, India

Day 11: Jaipur to Agra (250 km 7 hrs)

At theDiwan-I-Khas (hall of private audience) where marble pavilions with floralinlays lend an ethereal ambience, the Emperor sat on his gem-studded peacockThrone and met foreign ambassadors and rulers of friendly kingdoms.
